After a few years as a rental, this lovely family home needed some proper love when our clients relocated back from Asia. We started with the bones—new flooring throughout the front and back reception, fresh shutters and curtains—then got into the really fun bit of making it feel like home.

The reception rooms were key. We split the space smartly, creating a proper TV zone in the back reception, whilst the front became this wonderfully layered entertaining space. We introduced a new fireplace with a wood-burner as the focal point, added gorgeous soft furnishings, and suddenly the clients' beautiful art collection had the perfect backdrop to really shine.

Upstairs, the bedroom was crying out for storage, so we commissioned bespoke joinery to give it proper depth and integrated a dressing table—suddenly it went from feeling cramped to really functional and beautiful.

As for the guest bathroom, t was looking a bit tired, if we're honest. We completely refreshed it into a bright, fresh space that's now the heart of family life—used daily by the children and loved by guests too.
