The simpler and cheaper service if you already have selected your contractors and do not require project management.
Step One...
It all starts with a video call or if you are based in London/Greater London, a site visit to get a feel for the space and discuss your vision in details. Every project is unique and therefore all services are tailor-made to suit you. I will make a list of all the furniture and fittings you want to keep, what you like and dislike about the space, how you are currently using the room and want it to feel.
You will then receive a detailed questionnaire and we will set a private Pinterest board to exchange initial ideas and concepts.
Step Two…
Now that we have the information we need to start, alongside your dimensions, brief and budget, we can start working on a bespoke mood board and we will prepare visuals to include furniture, soft furnishings, lighting, colours, wallpaper, window treatment, etc (and bespoke joinery if required).
Step Three…
Review your mood board and provide us with as much feedback as possible. We are confident you will really love the design but also acknowledge that there will always be a few elements you are not so keen on so we will make the necessary amendments to ensure you are 100% happy with the final look.
Step Four…
Once the design has been approved, we will create 2D layouts, prepare relevant schedule of works to handover to your contractors and a detailed shopping list for you to purchase the items in your own time.
We get trade discounts from various suppliers varying from 10-40% so we are always happy to source items on your behalf. a 5% sourcing fee applies where discounts are 20% and under or 10% for discounts over 20%.
Step Five…
Follow-up and support: We understand that you may want to do the work in stages so we are happy to source items for you whenever you are ready and we are at your disposal for any questions you have about the design for 3 months after completion.
